Who we are

AssetNetwork ("we") processes data as a responsible party (POPIA) / processor and controller (GDPR) as described here. Information Officer: [email protected].

What we process

• Account data: name, email, phone, login and audit records.
• Equipment telemetry: positions, inputs, voltages from trackers in your machines. For vehicles with identified drivers this is personal data; driver-privacy options are available.
• Public QR reports: description, photos, optional contact details of the reporter.
• Live-share links: accesses are logged as incident-response processing.

Subprocessors

Hosting provider, Cloudflare (network), Resend (email, United States — standard contractual clauses), Stripe (payments), SMS gateway.

Retention

Raw telemetry per plan (90 days–2 years), audit log 2 years, tickets and work orders for the account lifetime, deleted accounts purged after a 30-day grace period with a deletion certificate.
